For catering, people love banh mi with bakery-fresh bread and all the traditional fillings. It’s a wonderful way to feed your whole crowd. And Nom Nom was a catering company serving Oakland, Berkeley, and the East Bay before we opened our popular storefront. So we’re always ready for any size of catering, from a large takeout order to hundreds of lunches. We have it all, from meat to vegetarian to vegan options.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Some of the best banh mi we have had in awhile! They are a lot bigger than other banh mi we have ordered. Definitely gonna reorder.” Hira in San Francisco, CA
Order Your Way
*We add an 18% gratuity to catering orders to support our dedicated workers and their families.
My staff and I are very familiar with different kinds of dietary needs and restrictions, so call and ask. From food allergies to individual preferences, we know what goes into every bite, so we can make your lunch delicious and safe. Our sandwiches are on bread containing gluten, but we also have bowls if you need a wheat-free choice.
As a catering company we have a special responsibility to understand what your group needs. With individual customers we can chat and know if they’re avoiding a food for the taste, or for a serious allergy.
If you’re looking for catering for a group, be sure to ask them and let us know:
- Any food allergies
- Any sensitivities
- Special diets
And for group orders we always provide our jalapenos separately so everybody can have as much or little fire as they want.
Our commitment is to cater a lunch as safe and sanitary as picking it up at our counter in Berkeley, while being planet-friendly.
From the day we opened we committed to fully sustainable packaging. We share the commitment to the environment with our customers in Oakland, Berkeley, and the East Bay. COVID has been a challenge, but we always insist on compostable packaging from our vendors, never plastic. Our ServSave certified staff will wrap each sandwich immediately after they make it. And these days we add a paperboard shell so nobody touches that inner wrapper before the person who takes the first bite.
So eat safe, and compost those wraps!
